The beginnings of RM GASTRO: Bold steps towards international success

In 1994, Jan Richter and Ladislav Mrkvička founded the Czech company RM GASTRO. We became a pioneer in the field of catering equipment under the RM and REDFOX brands. Our wide portfolio of technologies and services gained the recognition and trust of our customers and thanks to their support we were soon able to expand our operations. In 1998, we opened a modern production plant in Veselí nad Lužnicí, and a year later we opened a new branch in Slovakia, and six years later we expanded into Poland.

With over 6 years of experience in the company, I have worked my way up from a international trade support to a back-office manager and project manager. I am currently working with a great team of colleagues on an ambitious project: exporting a complete range of products to more than 50 countries.

During my 11 years in the company, I have managed to climb from a production worker to Group Product Manager. Now I am responsible for the complete development and expansion of our product portfolio. Every day is a new challenge and I am proud to be part of the RM GASTRO team.

Chief Designer

I work as a senior engineer at RM GASTRO. With more than 11 years of experience in the development of catering equipment, I take care of the quality of our new product design and together with the team we bring new innovative solutions to RM Gastro product lines.

Robert Jůzek

Gastro consultant

I have been working as a gastro advisor since 2010.During my 40-year career as a chef I have worked in international hotels, factory canteens and mountain huts. I have always been in the kitchen and now I am here to share my experience.

Hana Kukáková

Marketing webmaster

Since 2022 I have been working in the marketing department on internal systems and project management. Through this role I have expanded my technical knowledge and improved my communication skills. I am involved in the development of new websites and the implementation of CRM systems that support the business success of our company.

I have been working as Export Manager since 2022, focusing on growing the RM and REDFOX brands in Scandinavia and the Baltics. I work closely with our partners to help raise awareness and increase growth for our products and services in these markets.

I am responsible for financial stability, development as well as the implementation of the strategic goals of my department. My vision? To take service to a whole new level.
