The sales team is made up of experts and experienced managers who specialize in products and gastro technologies.

Colleagues take care of business partners, prepare quotations, provide information on products, their use and the ideal set-up of gastro technologies in customers' premises. 

The sales department provides comprehensive product support, including after-sales care such as hands-on training for product use, proper maintenance or solving any technical problems. 

An important part of the service is also telephone support, the possibility of a personal meeting in the showroom or directly with the sales partner.

The Development and Design department forms the basis for the products of both our brands, RM and REDFOX. 

The team draws on its expertise and the company's long-standing experience in the gastro technology sector. 

Of course, we use the latest technology to develop our products.

 The TPPD team covers the areas of technology, serial design and CNC programming. It provides maximum technical support for production and streamlines manufacturing processes. 

Colleagues introduce new products into series production according to specifications from development, provide complete production documentation and keep it up to date for other mass-produced products. 

The team collaborates with other departments such as development, production and purchasing to jointly ensure that the final product meets quality, cost and customer expectations.

The warehouse team plays a key role in managing the flow of materials and goods, both from suppliers to the warehouse and from the company to customers. 

They coordinate shipments, transportation, and inventory management, working closely with various internal departments, customers, and service providers.

The service team provides installations, repairs, maintenance. Provides comprehensive support including spare parts and technical assistance. 

For new partners and products, our colleagues provide individual training and advisory.

 The customer service team processes orders, prepares billing and carrier documents, and handles any questions or complaints.

They work closely with sales and other internal departments. Ensures that all orders run smoothly.

The work of the purchasing department involves building and maintaining relationships with reliable suppliers and resolving any complications. Ensures the timely purchase of parts, components 
and consumables needed to manufacture products, including machinery. 

Works closely with internal departments, such as Production Engineering and Design, Production, Quality and others to ensure continuity of supply and availability of quality materials for production processes.

People in the marketing team are renowned for their innovative ideas and creative approaches. However, within the operations of the company, the team must meet deadlines and customer requirements and other departments. 

Their main goal is to create products, communication strategies and maintain data that support sales in different markets. 

The marketing team includes a product managers, a marketing specialists, a graphic designers and a marketing managers who work together to create and implement these strategies.

IT department
The IT department ensures the functionality of business processes  and business performance. Manages hardware, network, servers and provides day-to-day support to users.
Accounting and Controlling
The Accounting and Controlling department provides management with key information for decision making. Specialists manage the general ledger, accounts payable and prepare reports for closing and auditing.
Human Resources
The HR department focuses on recruitment, training and staff development. It creates a motivating environment that fulfills the company culture and values: responsibility, freedom, decency and honesty. 

The EHS department focuses on project and process management  with an emphasis on environmental, health and safety and working safety. 

It ensures that all activities in the company are carried out in accordance with regulations and standards for safety and sustainability.
