Two training sessions of the Czech National Culinary Team, two exceptional venues and plenty of valuable experience.

First, the Pilsner Urquell Brewery, followed by Vikárka Restaurant at Prague Castle.

Each venue brought different conditions. While the atmosphere of the brewery created a unique setting, Vikárka required us to tackle demanding logistics and bring professional catering equipment into historic premises.

Both events had one thing in common – the cooperation of everyone involved. Thanks to this, we were able to create a quality environment for the training and give the chefs the space to focus on their work. The result was excellent food and, above all, valuable experience for us.

Working closely with professionals allows us to see our technologies in real-life operation, receive direct feedback and better understand what chefs really need.

That is why our cooperation with the National Team is not only a partnership, but also an important source of experience for our future work.
