Digital Kettle and More: Technology in the Spotlight

The year 2025 marks a clear focus on technological innovation and pushing the boundaries of modern gastronomy. One of the highlights is the new RM-branded digital kettle, model BKR, which we successfully installed in several partner kitchens earlier this year and are now testing at full capacity. During the trial phase, the kettle undergoes maximum stress testing to ensure we deliver a perfectly fine-tuned product down to the last screw.

This kettle also represents the first piece of equipment in the new RM 900 line, which will gradually introduce other modern technologies with digital controls. The aim of the new line is to simplify daily work for chefs and kitchen managers, while delivering greater efficiency, control, and operating comfort – and ultimately demonstrating our competitiveness in the market.

Alongside the digital line, we are also introducing several other exciting product innovations. Our portfolio now includes the new Steambox combi oven, which combines cutting-edge technology with an emphasis on ease of use and reliability. It features a 10" touchscreen display, SMART COOKING function for easy program selection, advanced steam systems, and integrated consumption monitoring.

Another addition is the line of REDFOX automatic coffee machines, designed to prepare specialty coffee drinks at the touch of a button. With their sleek design, intuitive controls, and easy maintenance, they are the ideal choice for any operation where quality coffee plays a key role.

Technological advancements are also reflected in the cooking area. We’re introducing new countertop induction cookers with probe, induction hobs, and drop-in units, which ensure precise temperature control and improved energy efficiency.

And as part of the portfolio-wide modernization, we’re launching a new generation of REDFOX combi ovens – now equipped with a clear touchscreen instead of the traditional control knob.
